Digital Directions:
With our Digital Directions Service, you can turn every open house sign into a magnet for your showing.
How It Works:
We will place a QR code on each directional sign we put up as part of your order. Whenever potential buyers and sellers scan that QR code, they're going to be taken to a screen like the one below. The QR code will show (1) your contact info, (2) a few highlight pictures of the listing, and (3) your website so they can see even more pictures of the property.
Why Digital Directions Are Valuable:
People will know exactly where to go and will get excited to see YOUR showing, not the other 10 that may be happening in your community.
It also makes a fantastic impression on potential sellers. They’ve never seen QR codes on open houses either, and when they scan it they’re going to think, “wow, that agent is going above and beyond with this property. I want them to sell my house.”
