This service will help get more people to your open house!
Things to Know:
- This service must take place on either a Friday + Saturday or Saturday + Sunday.
- We will install 15 directional signs and a 7-ft flag outside your property or community.
- We will place your signs on streets with the highest traffic to help maximize the # of people who come to your showing (think highway exits, major intersections, streets outside nearby shopping centers, etc.).
- Signs will generally be installed 30 – 60 minutes before your showing and picked up 30 – 60 minutes after your showing
